Booking & Payment FAQs
-
Every appointment is a little different. Factors such as your location, your pet’s size, timing, and aftercare choices all affect pricing. Sending a formal estimate after reviewing your information allows me to provide clear, accurate pricing before anything is confirmed.
-
Not quite. After you submit a booking request, you will receive a formal price estimate. Your appointment is confirmed once the estimate is approved. This ensures there are no surprises and that we are aligned before the visit. Rest assured your selected time is being held while the estimate is being created and awaiting your approval.
-
A credit card is kept on file to secure the appointment. Payment is processed after the appointment is complete, so we do not need to discuss finances during your time with your pet.
-
Payment is processed after the appointment has concluded. A detailed receipt is sent following the visit.
-
If you do not see a time that works on the booking page, please reach out directly by call, text, or email. I may be able to accommodate additional availability.
-
Please include your pet’s name, age, approximate weight, your location, what is going on with your pet, and any specific dates or times that work best for you. This helps me respond more efficiently.
-
That is completely okay. You are welcome to reach out with questions or to discuss whether a quality of life assessment might be helpful. You do not need to have everything decided before contacting me.
