How to Book
Scheduling is designed to be as simple and gentle as possible during what is often a very emotional time. There are two ways to book — whichever feels easiest for you.
1 Book Online
Anytime
You can book directly through the online scheduling page at any time.
Select an available appointment time
Complete the intake form about your pet
Enter a credit card to keep on file
A formal price estimate is sent based on the information provided. Your appointment is confirmed by Dr. Jill once the estimate is approved.
If you don't see a time that works, feel free to reach out directly using the contact info below.

2 Reach Out Directly
If you prefer, you're welcome to call, text, or email instead of booking online.
If I'm with a family or unavailable, please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able. Calls after hours or on weekends may be returned the following business day.
When reaching out, please include:
Your pet's name
Age and approximate weight
Your location
What is going on with your pet
Any specific dates or times that work best
This helps me respond more efficiently and assess availability.
Online vs. Phone/Email
Online bookings temporarily reserve the selected appointment time while the request is reviewed and confirmed. Appointment times requested via phone or email cannot be held and remain available to other families until confirmation is completed.
Payment Information
A credit card is kept on file at the time of booking
Payment is processed after the appointment is complete
This allows us to focus entirely on your pet and your family during the visit without needing to discuss finances in the moment.
Not sure if it's time?
That is completely okay. You're welcome to reach out to ask questions, request guidance, or discuss whether a quality-of-life assessment might be helpful.

You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting me.
